Shipping policy

We aim to prepare and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. 

You will be notified of shipping and receive tracking information. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive the order within the tracking window. We will then aim to resolve the issue. 

We currently are not ship outside of the UK.

Click and collect orders require prof of purchase in the form of confirmation email or receipt. 

Where possible we use reused and recycled packing materials.
