Delivery and returns policy

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Anyone who has been into Miss Madeleines in Sheringham will how we offer a smiling, friendly, helpful customer service.

We wish to be as fair and generous as it is possible to be, we will do everything we can to ensure we send you the gifts you require in perfect condition by the date you require them. As a recognised champion of the Sheringham plastic aware group, we endeavour to recycle everything that comes into the shop, so the packaging will most certainly be in a box we will have reused from a delivery of stock and bubble wrap/polystyrene chips are 100% recycled, we don’t buy in any for packing.

Damaged, incorrect or missing goods, please inform us within 14 days. You can call or email us with 14 days of receipt of your order, we may well request photographic evidence of any damaged items. We will refund you the price you paid for the goods, or arrange for replacements to be sent to you.

Faulty goods – please inform us within 90 days. If you item is faulty or develops a fault soon after purchase, please contact us by phone or email as soon as you notice the fault, and no later than 90 days after receipt of your goods. Since we have no way of knowing what treatment a product has received once it arrives with the customer, Miss Madeleines will not accept responsibility for goods after more than 90 days.

The key to resolving any problems is to contact us and do so within 14 days. We will go out of our way to resolve any issues that arise, but if you don’t tell us we can’t help.
